Sadly the app still crashes, refreshing with f5 doesn't work, most of the 3d assets or animations crash the app when exporting as a gif. I believe its something to do with animations/ keyframes being too much to export?
Hmm that’s weird, I can’t replicate the crash even on a VM. Can you tell me the spec of the machine you’re running it on?
Windows 10 home 64-bit
CPU- AMD Ryzen 5 2600
RAM - 32GB/ 2133MHz
Motherboard - ASRock B450 Pro4
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
Hmm that spec is definitely enough for the program. Is the same crash window still pop up (after update)?
Sadly no it just closes, is there an error log I can send that's in the zip file? I ran as admin and gave it all the permissions and that didn't work either.
If you check in AppData folder (C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Pixels_Composer) there will be a file called “log.txt” there. However if the program itself does not show any dialog when it crash then I’m not sure if there will be anything there either.
